Shipping policy

All items are shipped on same day or next business day. 

International shipments are always sent with tracking.

Untracked letter within Australia should be reserved for 2-3 items, depending on size and ought not to be for purchasing Coin Rolls or larger items.

No responsibility is taken for items sent via untracked letter within Australia which do not arrive. However, if items do not arrive within 14 days after purchase date, please inform the store to see if a refund/resending of the item is plausible.
